I ran across this offer from Sunkist.com. They are giving away 20,000 lemonade stands in their promotion called Take a Stand. Looks like they will give your child the setup for a lemonade stand if they take a pledge and choose a charity to give the profits too. I thought this would be a great idea to go along with a garage sale that I am thinking of having this summer.

This sounds like a really good idea.
Yes, I thought this was a great idea. Then I brought the subject up with my daughter and her friend. It did not go over so well. I think it had something to do with giving the profits to charity and probably more her friends influence to want to keep the money. I am going to have DD do it and pick a good charity. Maybe the animal shelter. I think it would be a good lesson on being giving.
