Finger Lakes Web Answering Service is now hiring operators as an independent contractor position to answer incoming sales and customer service calls, make outbound sales calls and perform various administrative tasks. This is a work at home position and pays between $6 and $20 an hour, with the average of $8.50 an hour.

Hiring and payment is done through Guru and you have to join that agency. Once you are hired they help you sign up for Guru and through them they handle the paperwork. Once you have reached 300 hours of work, your payment to join Guru is reimbursed.

The use of Windows Vista, XP and 2000 are accepted computers. You must have a dedicated land line phone with no call waiting or voicemail connected. A USB headset is also required to hook up to a voip system. All Internet connections except dial up is excepted.
