I'll mention this to my boss because our headsets are really pathetic. we should replace them.
We have a headset, I have no idea what my husband paid for it. He did get it at Amazon, that I do know.
I checked and my latested headset that is working well is "Plantronics". I picked it up at "Hastings" Music Store. I paid a little more, but it wasn't bad and certainly not the most expensive, so yeah!
